The Museum Foundation for Post and Telecommunications operates several museums:

• Museum für Kommunikation Berlin

• Museum für Kommunikation Frankfurt

• Museum für Kommunikation Nürnberg

• Archive for Philately Bonn

All four institutions use a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system based on Cumulus Workgroup for the central management of their digital assets. These primarily focus on object and event photography.

The following tasks were implemented by CDS Gromke e.K. as part of the DAM project:

• Development of a DAM system concept

• Technical consulting during the project planning phase

• Installation and configuration of the application

• Staff training for employees at all locations

• Technical support and system maintenance
