Museum Naturalienkabinett Waldenburg
For the Museum Naturalienkabinett Waldenburg we digitized an important collection of hand drawings and watercolors by the design reformer Moritz Meurer (1839–1916), as well as a 300-year-old, highly fragile herbarium containing unique specimens from Batavia, once a headquarters of the Dutch East India Company.
Using specialized equipment and resolutions tailored to the specific sizes of the originals, these valuable documents were carefully digitized and archived. This project makes a significant contribution to the preservation and accessibility of the museum’s historical and scientific materials, ensuring their long-term usability and research potential.
